What causes Dementia?
Dementia is an umbrella term for a variety of diseases. In general, it is caused by the brains connections not working how they're supposed to.
Things like hearing loss, extended exposure to air pollution, and a family history can increase the risk of developing dementia. Dementia typically occurs in adults over age 65.
